SpecAnchor provides code quality and governance checks with dashboard-driven execution flow management. Features may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

2. User Obligations

• Do not use the service for illegal purposes, rights infringement, or service disruption.
• Security bypass, unauthorized access, and reverse engineering are prohibited.
• Do not submit third-party secrets or sensitive information without authorization.

3. AI and Output Notice

AI-generated suggestions are for reference only and do not replace legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for independent review and validation of outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
• Issues caused by your environment (OS, network, local settings) may fall under user responsibility.

5. Telemetry and API Key Storage

Error reporting follows a minimal and anonymized policy, and you can opt out in settings. If you choose to store an OpenAI API key, local encrypted storage policies apply.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and notify users through the website or other reasonable channels. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
